  • Complete biometric face scan verification

  • Connect Solana wallets using Mobile Wallet Adapter

  • Create a digital profile ("Digital Twin" or "Ghost")

  • Make payments in SOL (Solana cryptocurrency) to access beta features

  • Access exclusive whitelist and beta features

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have a valid X.com (Twitter) account

  • Use an Android device (Solana Mobile/Saga recommended)

  • Have a compatible Solana wallet installed

  • Comply with all applicable laws

4. ACCOUNT CREATION AND AUTHENTICATION

4.1 X.com Authentication

  • You authenticate using X.com OAuth

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your X.com account

  • We store authentication tokens to maintain your session

  • If your token expires, you must re-authenticate

4.2 Account Information

During registration, you may provide:

  • Name (optional)

  • Date of birth

  • Personal messages, ambitions, beliefs, ideas, and thoughts

  • Avatar selection

  • Biometric face scan data

5. BIOMETRIC DATA AND FACE SCAN

5.1 Face Scan Collection

  • You must complete a face scan video recording for identity verification

  • The scan includes challenge numbers displayed during recording

  • Videos are uploaded to our servers for processing and verification

  • Face scan data is used for identity verification and security

5.2 Data Processing

  • Face scan data is processed using machine learning and face detection technology

  • Data may be stored, analyzed, and used to create your digital profile

  • You consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your biometric data

5.3 Data Security

  • We implement security measures to protect biometric data

  • However, no system is 100% secure

  • You acknowledge the inherent risks of providing biometric data

6. WALLET CONNECTION AND BLOCKCHAIN TRANSACTIONS

6.1 Wallet Connection

  • You connect your Solana wallet using Mobile Wallet Adapter

  • We store your wallet address and authorization tokens locally on your device

  • You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys

  • We do not have access to your private keys

6.2 Transactions

  • All blockchain transactions are executed on the Solana network

  • Transactions are irreversible once confirmed

  • You are responsible for verifying transaction details before signing

  • We are not responsible for transaction errors, network fees, or failed transactions

6.3 Third-Party Services

  • Wallet functionality is provided by third-party wallet applications

  • We are not responsible for wallet app availability, security, or functionality

  • You must comply with your wallet provider's terms of service

7. PAYMENTS AND BETA ACCESS

7.1 Payment Amount

  • Beta access requires a one-time payment of 0.1 SOL

  • Payment amounts are subject to change with notice

  • All payments are processed on the Solana blockchain

7.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed through blockchain transactions

  • Transaction fees (network fees) are your responsibility

  • Payments are non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed on-chain

  • We do not guarantee immediate access after payment

7.3 Beta Access

  • Beta access grants you exclusive features and content

  • Beta access status is determined by successful payment verification

  • We reserve the right to revoke beta access for violations of these Terms

  • Beta features may be experimental and subject to change

8. USER DATA AND PRIVACY

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Share your account or authentication credentials

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

11. DISCLAIMERS

11.1 Service Availability

  • The App is provided "as is" and "as available"

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time

11.2 Blockchain Risks

  • Cryptocurrency transactions involve inherent risks

  • Blockchain networks may experience delays, congestion, or failures

  • Cryptocurrency values are volatile

  • We are not responsible for losses due to blockchain issues

11.3 Third-Party Services

  • The App integrates with third-party services (X.com, Solana, wallet providers, PostHog, Helius)

  • We are not responsible for third-party service availability, security, or functionality

  • Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (0.1 SOL)

  • We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of cryptocurrency or wallet access

  • Failed or delayed transactions

  • Unauthorized access to your account

  • Data loss or corruption

  • Service interruptions or errors

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clandestine Labs, petaProc, and their affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the App

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any rights of others

  • Your provision of false or inaccurate information

14. TERMINATION

14.1 By You

  • You may stop using the App at any time

  • You may request deletion of your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements)

14.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

  • We are required to do so by law

  • We discontinue the App or service

14.3 Effect of Termination

  • Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases
